Dena has been practicing law since 1986, primarily in the area of family law. In 2013, Dena completed training in collaborative family law training and mediation.
In 2013, Dena was granted the Qualified Mediator designation from ADR Institute Canada and the Executive Certificate in Conflict Management from Stitt Feld Handy Group and University of Windsor Law school. Also, in 2013, Dena was trained and certified to administer and interpret the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step I and II Complete and is an authorized user of Psychometrics Canada.
The Participation Agreement includes a commitment not to begin a court proceeding.
